Vacuum degasser is a new type of special equipment used to deal with gas invasion of drilling mud, which can quickly remove all kinds of gases intruding into drilling mud, and play a very important role in restoring the proportion of mud and stabilizing the performance of mud. At the same time, it can also be used as a high-power mixer, suitable for all kinds of mud circulation purification system.

Through vibrating screen processing drilling fluid will also carry a small amount of gas, will influence the properties of the mud, and pose a safety hazard, it will also affect the service life of the part of the subsequent processing equipment, so we need vacuum degasser gas concentration out of
the mud. The vibrating screen mainly H2S gas processed mud through the overflow tank flows into true in addition to the storage warehouse.

The deaerator as part of the vacuum degasser, namely using the vacuum pump suction effect, causes a negative pressure zone in a vacuum tank, mud under the action of atmospheric pressure, through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of the rotor, again by the window around the hollow shaft, the jet shaped into the tank wall, round due to the collision and separation effect, make the separation of drilling fluid into a thin layer, Immersed in the mud bubble broken, gas escape, through the vacuum pump suction and gas-water separator separation, gas by the separator's exhaust pipe discharged to a safe zone, mud is discharged from the impeller tank. Because the main motor starts first, the impeller connected to the motor is rotating at high speed, so the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe, and will not be sucked from the drain pipe.
