Product Description

Workover rigs are the most basic and most important power source in well intervention and underground operations, it's purpose is to replace a well with a fresh completion. BOBAN XJ250 mobile truck-mounted workover rigs with features like high operating efficiency and fast moving speed, easy to use and maintenance.

XJ250 is a kind of Truck-mounted workover rig equipment, Max. hook load 1800KN, mast height 36m, workover depth 8000m (2-7/8 drilling pipe), nominal workover depth 6500m (3-1/2 drilling pipe), drilling depth 3000m(114mm drilling pipe).

It's divided into two parts:  
1. Special-purpose chassis, drive type 14*8 or 12*8; 
2. Special working equipment for workover.

Mast Assembly
Adopts structural mast, the hydraulic cylinder carries out lifting. Slant degree: 3.3, the mast upper body bearing unit equipped with cylinder bearing organ that is the turning block type, which structure is simple, safe, and reliable.

Drawworks
Single drum structure, maximum capacity 280 KN, band or disc brake, with features compact structure, high efficiency, long service life.

Hydraulic Control system
Hydraulic oil pump using the fouling resistance gear oil pump, reliable performance; The reversing valve adopts manual and pneumatic control structure, the operation is simple and effort, concise line layout.

Main Application
Used for workover with:≤8000m depth, oil, water, oil, drilling for:water, gas.

Features and Benefits

1. The Truck-mounted drilling rig is driven by diesel engine with reasonable power matching, high transmission efficiency, high reliability, compact structure, high degree of assembly and small footprint.
2. Self-made heavy-duty chassis, equipped with hydraulic power steering system, with good mobility, off-road and transverse stability.
3. The main brake adopts band brake or hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake adopts pneumatic push-disc brake, pneumatic clamp disc brake or water brake.
4. The mast set with two sections at the front opening, tilting forward or standing upright, lifting and stretching of the hydraulic cylinder, and is equipped with wind guy lline and anti-overturn guyline.
5. The rotary table drive system can realize the positive rotation, reverse rotation, suspension and disconnection of the rotary table, and is equipped with the reverse torque release device to ensure the safe release of the rotary table drilling string torque.
6. The drilling floor adopts the telescopic or spiral lifting structure, the floating platforms on both sides can be turned over, and the sledding can be hoisted and transported.Table height, size, layout can be customized.
