Product Description

Drilling mud cleaner is a three-in-one degreasing cyclone, a desilting cyclone and a mud shale shaker. It is also called a desanding and desilting integrated machine. It is suitable for the drilling fluid solid-liquid separation system of oil and gas drilling, used to separate solid particles in the drilling fluid treated by the mud shale shaker. The mud cleaner can quickly remove harmful solids in the drilling fluid, improve the performance of the drilling fluid, and meet the requirements of the new high-pressure jet drilling process.  

Features and Benefits

1. Polyurethane (PU) Material, high-chromium cast iron or ceramic for desander and desilter cones.

2. Desander cones can be installed between one and three 10"desander cones, each cone can  process 500GPM and makes a separation between 45 and 75 microns.

3. Desilter cones can be installed between eight and twenty 4"or 5"desilter cones ,each cone can process 80 GPM, and makes a separation between 15 and 45 microns.
