Drill floors requires an extreme level of safety. Especially securing friction on the desk is a high priority as mud, grease, oil, water, etc, creates a very slippery milieu. 

BOBAN manufactured Rig floor/rotary table mats(matting) mainly used in oilfield, engineering construction, etc. The rig matting is made of Polyurethane ( PU ) Rubber + Steel Nails. Compared to other common drill mat, such as riffled plate, wood plate, etc, the drill rig mat has great features of anti-slip. The surface of drill rig matting designed with vertical and horizontal arranged sewage notch, the oil fouling and water spots can discharged timely.

Features

1. Wide hardness range. It still has the elongation and resilience of rubber under high hardness. The conventional hardness range of polyurethane board is Shore A70-95.
2. High strength. Under the hardness of rubber, their breaking strength and bearing capacity are much higher than those of common rubber. Under high hardness, its impact strength and bending strength are much higher than those of plastic.
3. Wear resistance. Its wear resistance is very outstanding, generally in the range of 0.01-0.10(cm3)/1.61km, which is about 3-5 times that of rubber. 4. Oil resistance. Polyurethane board has little affinity with non polar mineral oil, and is hardly eroded in fuel oil and machine oil.
5. Good oxygen and ozone resistance.
6. Excellent vibration absorption performance, which can reduce vibration and buffer. Replace rubber and spring in mold manufacturing industry.
7. Good low temperature performance.
8. Radiation resistance. Polyurethane has good resistance to high-energy radiation, and still has satisfactory service performance under 10-10 doses of radiation.
9. Good machinability. (turning, milling, grinding and drilling are all possible)
