Wellhead BOP devices made by our company are systemically produced strctly according to API SPEC 16A technical specificaton of American Petroleum Institute and ISO9001 quality system of International Standardization Organization, and have passed API 16A and ISO9001 certification; The main pressure containing parts are made of high sulfide-resistant quality lower carbon alloy; BOP is connected by flange and seal gasket; main pressure-containing parts have good mechanical property and also capability of H2S stress corrosin resistant by special heat treatment tenique; They are in conformance with the regulation of NACE MR-01-45, applicable to the requirement of work environment for acidic medium. At the same time, 3570 BOP set made by our company sucessfully passed Gas Sealiing Test which is the first case in the country.

Ram BOP can complete following operation:
1. When there is drill string in the well, seal the annular space between the well and drill pipes with fitting half-bland ram.
2. Seal the well with fitting bland ram when there is nothing in the well.
3. When the well is closed, the manifold can be connected to its outlet on the shell to make special operating such as mud circulaton or throttling and blowing out or killing etc.
The open or close of ram preventor and ram replacing are both hydraulically controlled. The onsite replacing of pipe ram and sealing parts saves much time.
