Audited Supplier Bored Pile/TBM Desanding plant is used to remove soil particles from drilling mud and to support mud used in foundation works. They can be water-bentonite, water-polymer or water-cement, and bentonite suspensions. Our desilting plant is designed for a bored pile mud recycling unit and is a very economical unit.
BOBAN series desanding plant realizes the functions of purifying and conveying the mud through the reasonable combination of the settling tank, shale shaker, desander cyclones and other equipment, which can effectively control mud indicators, improve hole-making quality and efficiency, shorten hole cleaning time and purify and recover mud. The main components of our desanding plants are coarse shaker for intercepting stones larger than 5 mm; shaker storage tank; cyclones with centrifugal feed pump to remove fine particles from the suspension; dewatering screen(fine mesh) to extract more water from the solids discharged from the cyclone.
Our Bored Pile Desanding plant combines two different mud purification methods: mud shale shaker and desander form a reasonable mud treatment cycle purification system, which is suitable for modern foundation construction using mud wall protection and circulating drilling technology purification of mud in bored piling, pile foundation engineering, anti-seepage wall engineering, mud-water balance method shield and pipe jacking construction.
1. Completely purify slurry, effectively control slurry performance, reduce drill-jamming accidents and improve pore-forming quality.
2. Realize slurry recycling usage and save slurry making material; drastically reduce the waste slurry transportation cost and slurry making cost.
3. Mud recycling equipment effectively separates the soil and slag, which is beneficial to improve pore-forming efficiency.
4. Surry closed-cycle purification mode and lower moisture content of the slag material reduce the impact on environment.
5. Double-deck screens purification effects are more than 50% higher than single deck screen structure.
