Product Description

BOBAN annular blowout preventer is a key part of well control equipment and designed to control well pressure as drilling well, repairing well and testing oil, so as to avoid blowout effectively and ensure safety and civilization drilling operation.

Details as follows:
1.Packing element is spherical or tapered type with massive storage volume, low operation pressure and excellent sealing function;
2 Bonnet is hemispherical-shaped, so there is no stress concentration on bonnet whenever bearing the pressure.
3 Bonnet and body are connected by a wedge block, so the pressure is evenly distributed;
4 Packing element is interchangeable with similar overseas products;
5Use observation hole to check the life span of the packing element;
6 Piston is set in low position to have a shorter moving distance; Use wear ring on piston.
7.2000~15,000psi working pressure

Features:
1. Supporting instruments are symmetrically located around sealing elements, for strengthening rubber and controlling rubber extrusion movement, so as to enhance the sealing elements operation stability and prolong the life of the sealing elements by protection against wear.
2. There is no metal abrasion between bonnet cone-shaped surface and sealing elements.
3. The inside cavity of cylinder shall be tested in the maximum working pressure, ensure the cylinder's strength and safety qualified.
4. Hydraulic pressure operating cavity with small volume and little volume required can be switched off swift.
5. The type BOP is of compact configuration and convenient installation in field.
