Mud Recycling System is mainly used in HDD & micro-tunnelling projects to process drilling cuttings in the mud. It combines shale shaker, desilter, desander, mud mixing hopper & centrifugal pump into one small footprint unit. Easy transportation, and save space in drilling site. On top of the tank it mountes a compact mud cleaner, with a dual-layer liner motion under-flow shale shaker. The shale shaker is equipped with two layers of screens with different meshes, achieving two-stage screening function simultaneously. Two centrifugal pumps are mounted on base of the unit, with purpose of feeding the desilter cyclones and mud mixing hopper.

BOBAN designs and manufactures mud recycling systems for horizontal directional drilling according to different geological conditions and customer's requirements, our mud recycling systems available to different models to match with GD Drilling Rig, such as 250GPM ( 60m³/h ) , 500GPM(120m³/h ) , and 1000GPM(240m³/h ).
