Mud gun with simple structure and flexible operation. Mud gun could be used to prevent the mud precipitation and transfer the active mud to each tank compartment in the mud system. Our mud gun with 3 nozzles and is available for rotation adjestment to allow the operator to optimize the mud gun performance.
Purpose and Features
BBNGQ-50 Mud Gun is a special tool to avoid mud sedimentation and is mainly used in the drilling mud circulating system. And also has such main features as follows:
It can rotate 360° in a horizontal plane and 180°in a longitudinal plane, which ensures no dead area or sedimentation.
It is a desirable facility to prevent mud sedimentation in solids control system for its simple structure, flexible operation and convenient use.

Installation, Operation and Maintenance
1. When disassembling and maintaining Mud Gun, first unscrew gland nut and then remove round nut, gland nut, bearing and oil seal in turn.
2. During rotation of mud gun, there should be no such anomalies as abnormal sound, stuck belt, etc. Otherwise, check it for troubleshooting.
3. The mud gun should be regularly replenished with lubricating oil.
