API 11B sucker rods, formulated from different Grades D, K, H, and all rods are made of good alloy steel ,4330,4230 or as per clients' demand. Sucker rod is one of the important equipment in the oil field, it can provide 7 levels of sucker rod, including C, K, D, KD, HL, HY and KH. C, K, D sucker rod press design and API Spec 11 The manufacturing standards of B, KD, HL, HY grade rods are designed and manufactured according to SY/T5029-2006 standard, and the KH grade rods are designed and manufactured according to the company's internal standards.
C grade sucker rod series - mainly used for light, medium load, non-corrosion or corrosion shallow well or deep well pumping, the material is carbon steel or manganese steel.
Grade D sucker rod is made of high-quality alloy steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, good plasticity and long life after heat treatment.
HL, HY grade rods are made of high-quality alloy steel with ultra-high strength characteristics, which are used in the production of deep wells and high-strength pumps.
And the sucker rods of K, KD and KH grades are made of Ni Cr-Ni-Mo high-quality alloy steel with different contents, which have anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion functions, and are suitable for strong corrosion in shallow wells, medium wells and deep wells respectively.

3. Threads are processed as to ensure high precision, reliable performance and extended service life.
4. Available in 5/8" (15.88mm), 3/4" (19.05mm), 7/8" (22.23mm), 1" (25.40mm), and 1-1/8" (28.58mm) body diameter.
