Product Description

API Blowout Preventer Double Ram Single Ram BOP is field proven products designed for a variety of operations from well workover to critical service operations in high pressure, land drilling and subsea services. It consists of blowout preventer body, valve cover, hydraulic cylinder assembly, operating piston, ram replacement cylinder, ram opening and closing piston, locking screw, ram assembly, seals, etc. Top, bottom and outlet connection dimensions conform to drilling equipment specification API Code 16A.

Pressure-bearing parts (such as blowout preventer body, valve cover, etc.) are made of high-strength, high-toughness alloy steel, formed by external refining and appropriate heat treatment and strictly prevent harmful chemical components and non-metallic inclusions from materials and processes. Make sure the blowout preventer is safe and reliable.

The body ram chamber adopts a long runway to reduce stress concentration. Both the bonnet switch and the plunger switch are hydraulically actuated and use the same oil circuit. The valve cover uses the same oil circuit and operation to open and close the plunger. In addition, the valve cover uses the same oil circuit and operation to close and open the plunger.
