Function

The vibrating screen mainly H2S gas processed mud through the overflow tank flows into true in addition to the storage warehouse.
Working principle
The deaerator as part of the vacuum degasser, namely using the vacuum pump suction effect, causes a negative pressure zone in a vacuum tank, mud under the action of atmospheric pressure, through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of the rotor, again by the window around the hollow shaft, the jet shaped into the tank wall, round due to the collision and separation effect, make the separation of drilling fluid into a thin layer, Immersed in the mud bubble broken, gas escape, through the vacuum pump suction and gas-water separator separation, gas by the separator's exhaust pipe discharged to a safe zone, mud is discharged from the impeller tank. Because the main motor starts first, the impeller connected to the motor is rotating at high speed, so the mud can only enter the tank from the suction pipe, and will not be sucked from the drain pipe.

Maintenance
1. The deaerator of the vacuum tank should be cleaned once a week, so as to avoid debris blocking the gas channel. 2. After use, cut off the power supply, remove the blue plug plate, check whether the parts are damaged, remove the foreign matter in the tank, and flush the tank wall and rotor with a high-pressure water pipe.

7. For the vacuum pump, the work and lubrication of the bearing should be checked frequently. The normal working bearing is 20ºC-35ºC higher than the surrounding temperature. The oil should be loaded 3-4 times a year, the bearing should be cleaned at least once a year, and the lubricating oil should be replaced completely; For SK series vacuum pump should also be regularly pressed packing, if the packing because of wear and tear can not ensure the required sealing performance, should be replaced with new packing. The packing should not be pressed too tightly. For normally pressed packing, water should drip out to ensure cooling and strengthen sealing.
