Audited Supplier Mud Recycling Unit is mainly used in HDD & micro-tunnelling projects to process the drilling cuttings in the mud. The capacity of our mud recycling unit is available from 200GPM to 1000 GPM. It combines shale shaker, desilter, desander, mud mixing hopper & centrifugal pump into one small footprint unit. Easy transportation, and save space in drilling site.
On top of the tank it mountes a compact mud cleaner, with a dual-layer liner motion under-flow shale shaker. The shale shaker is equipped with two layers of screens with different meshes, achieving two-stage screening function simultaneously. Two centrifugal pumps are mounted on base of the unit, with purpose of feeding the desilter cyclones and mud mixing hopper. The benefits like compact structure, small size and light weight allow it to save installation space and transportation cost, greatly enhance operating efficiency and then effectively shrink overall dimensions of the Directional Drilling Mud Recycling System.
