J Hydraulic & Mechanical Two-piece Drilling Jar

The model ZSJ/ZXJ drilling jar consists of two components that ZSJ type drilling up jar and ZXJ type drilling down jar, which normally can be operated together or exclusively. The up jarring portion utilizes hydraulic system, allowing the jarring force to be easily adjusted by the tool elevation load. The jarring force should not exceed the maximum rated load of the tools. The downward jarring portion utilizes the mechanical friction mechanism, while the jarring force can only be pre-adjusted mechanically on the drilling jar prior employing it in the downhole drilling operation.

Model YJQ Hydraulic Intensifier

Jar Intensifier
The model of ZJQ jar intensifier is downhole fishing jar designed to increase
hydraulic up jar force, so it runs conjunction with hydraulic up jar. Its main function is to supply acceleration to the upper end of the jar and downward drill collar during the free jarring stroke. The generated impact can achieve double force of using alone hydraulic up jar. In addition, the fluid helps to absorb the shock from the rebounding drill string after the jarring stroke, protecting both the drill tools and fishing tools from damage.
