Product Description

Drilling Mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solids particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids. 

Based on the different gearbox, there are helical bevel geared and helical worm geared for option. More clients prefer helical bevel agitator as it is more powerful, durable, and stable. And they are energy-saving designs. For example, if we selected agitator driven by helical worm reducer with X torque requests 11kw power then we may can use hilical bevel reducer driven by 7.5kw motor with same torque.

Vertical agitator


It's well used for vertical tank with small footprint but higher height.

Horizontal bevel gear type agitator


It's a very good option for larger torque andminimum footprint.

The bevel gear is much higher torque compares worm gear.

Horizontal worm gear type agitator


It's the most popular agitator used in oil and gas mud tank because it's cost effective. 

There is coupler options for agitator to protect gear or options without coupler for saving cost.
