Drilling fluid desanderis the secondary stage of drilling fluid solids control system, also an important equipment that stable, adjust drilling fluid technology index. According to different size of cyclone diameter, divided into cyclone desander and cyclone desilter.Generally more than 8 "combination of cyclone called desander, commonly used are 8", 10 ", 12 "cyclone, it mainly used for separating Solid Particle size of 47-76μm of drilling fluid. According to the size of the customer request processing, choose several groups of cyclone desander.

As a solids control equipment of the second stage in drilling operation, oil field Oil and Gas Drilling Fluid Desander   is used to remove harmful solid particles of 40-74µm in drilling liquid.  Suspending particles can be separated from the liquid under the centrifugal acceleration, by use of working principle of centrifugal subsidence.
