Drilling Mud VFD/LW Decanter Centrifuge Features and Advantages

The heart of the centrifuge is its high-speed, precision-balanced rotating stainless-steel bowl. inside the bowl, a double-lead spiral-screw conveyor rotates in the same direction as teh bowl but at a slightly slower RPM. feed slurry enters through a hallow axel at the narrow end and is distributed to the bowl. trapped silt and sandsize particles settle and spread against the bowl wall where they are conveyed to the solids underflow discharge ports by tungsten-carbide-tipped scroll flights. slits and sand particles exit damp, but with no free liquid.the free-liquid phase carries the fine, 2 to 3 micronsize particles through the nonpplugging stainless steel and tungsten-carbide hardfaced-discharge ports.
Effiectively removes the finest silts and returns valuable fluids for reuse.
