BOBAN Vacuum Suction Shale Shaker independently designed and manufactured by our technical team , which has combined the advantages from different equipments. It improves the treatment effect of the original shale shaker and achieves the purpose of highly efficient ecovery of drilling fluid and reduction of drilling waste discharge. Its working principle is to install a set of vacuum suction device under the last screen of the shale shaker, and use pulsating air to form a vacuum state with certain frequency to absorb materials, so as to improve the recovery of drilling fluid and reduce the fluid content of drilling cuttings discharged.

1. It can be used for mud purification treatment of oil-based mud (OBM), water-based mud (WBM) and composite-based mud (SBM);
2. It can be applied to the reduction treatment of high-viscosity drilling mud, the drying treatment of drilling cuttings without falling to the ground, and the coarse filtration treatment of high-viscosity and high-solid-content oil sludge;
